On September 15, 2025, the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) issued Circular No. 27/2025/TT-NHNN, guiding the implementation of provisions of the Anti-Money Laundering Law, effective November 1, 2025.
The circular applies to financial institutions, individuals, and non-financial businesses, including both Vietnamese and foreign organizations and individuals engaging in transactions with these entities.
