On December 12, 2024, the Financial Stability Board (FSB) published a report titled “Interoperability Across Data Frameworks Related to Cross-Border Payments” to promote greater alignment in data frameworks related to cross-border payments and ensure consistency in the regulation and supervision of bank and non-bank payment service providers.
The recommendations were refined based on feedback from various stakeholders during a public consultation held in July 2024.
