Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA) Issued Circular to Implement Anti-Scam Measure

On December 20, 2024, the Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA) issued a circular to Authorized Institutions (AIs) to enhance measures for preventing, detecting, and disrupting Authorized Payment Scams (APS).
